The Interface Drama Master List
Interface dramas are games that tell an immersive story through software and app interfaces. They are commonly called "desktop simulators" or "UI games," but I've found these labels to be either too prescriptive or too general to describe this emergent genre. I've made a master list of interface dramas here for people to play and build support for this unique type of game.
IWAKAN: A Queer Culture Magazine in Japan
IWAKAN was a Japanese queer and art magazine published between 2020 and 2023 that questioned stereotypes and the discomfort with what was considered "normal" in Japan. They have since ceased operation as of December 2023. I have compiled a list of each of the published issues with a short English summary and photos from their website.
Rebuilding Community on the (fujo) Web Resource List
During CitrusCon 2024 in August, Ms. Boba did a talk called "Rebuilding Community on the (fujo)Web" where she talked about the state of today's internet and indie communities. I compiled this resource list covering coding resources, the smallweb, and adult art on the web.
